1. Personal Information – NO Charge

The credit bureaus are required, under law to report 100% accurate information. You should NOT have someone else’s name or address on your credit report. These are called credit merge and a possibility of their items jumping onto your credit report. We work to remove the following:

Incorrect Social Security Number
Removal of ex-Spouse
Previous Employment Records
Inaccurate or Mispelled Names
Incorrect Date of Birth
Outdated Telephone Numbers

3. Federal Student Loan Consolidation – No Charge

Many times our clients are in need of consolidating their student loans, and you shouldn’t have to pay hundreds of dollars to do so. Our company will work to consolidate your federal student loans at no additional cost to help you with one of the following:

2. If Late Payments Are Deleted – $50
We realize that many people have late payments on your credit report. If so, we will contact the credit bureaus and creditors to demand they are reporting 100% accurate information pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA). We ONLY charge if all late payments are deleted on that particular account. Late payments appear due to:

→ Computer Error
Financial Hardship
→ Hospitalization
→ Deployment
→ Inaccurate Reporting
→ Job Loss

4. Collection Accounts – $50 per deletion, per credit bureau

Collection accounts are damaging to your credit profile. They can become a burden and you may not know exactly what rights you have. We legally suggest that you do not pay a collection agency, but before you do, ensure that they provide proper validation and are able to prove the account is yours. There are many times where collection agencies report inaccurate information on your credit report so it is their responsibility to provide verification that the accounts are in fact yours and reporting accurately.

→ Aren’t In Violation of the FDCPA or FCRA
→ Provide Account Validation When Disputed

→ Ensure Balance is Listed Correctly

→ Mark Account as “In Dispute” When Disputed

→ Delete The Account If There Is No Proof

→ Report 100% Accurate

5. Charge-Off’s – $50 per deletion, per credit bureau

A charge-off happens when an account typically goes over 180-past due and the creditor has closed your account. They then will either two things, hire a collection agency to collect the debt or file a judgment against you. Just like with any other account, the account must be listed 100% accurate on your credit report and this must be proven. Many people thing that when they see the notation “Charged-Off” or “Write Off” that they do not owe the debt. This is incorrect. This just means that the they chose the option to not have to pay taxes on money they did not receive from you. To work to remove these types of account. we will ensure the creditors do the following:

→ Report 100% Accurate
→ Provide Account Validation When Disputed
→ Aren’t In Violation of the FCBA or FCRA
→ Ensure Balance is Listed Correctly

→Mark Account as “In Dispute” When Disputed

→ Delete The Account If There Is No Proof

6. Repossessions – $75 per deletion, per credit bureau

No one likes it when their car is repossessed. By we don’t want you to feel that you are never able to recover. Creditors and credit bureaus must report accurate information on your credit report. As well as provide documentation that supports any information reported. Lenders must do the following:

→ Report 100% Accurate
→ Provide Account Validation When Disputed
→ Aren’t In Violation of the FCRA
→ Ensure Balance is Listed Correctly
→ Mark Account as “In Dispute” When Disputed
→ Delete The Account If There Is No Proo

7. Foreclosures – $100 per deletion, per credit bureau

A foreclosure can prevent you from being approved for credit again. But knowing how to request validation or verification can be the key to proper removal. Banks must do the following:

→ Report 100% Accurate
→ Provide Account Validation When Disputed
→ Aren’t In Violation of the FCRA

→ Ensure Balance is Listed Correctly

→ Mark Account as “In Dispute” When Disputed

→ Delete The Account If There Is No Proo

8. Public Records – $150 per deletion, per credit bureau

In 2017 Judgments no longer are reporting to TransUnion, Equifax and Experian. They also started not including Tax Liens to report to the 3 major credit bureaus. But they didn’t disappear. They are found through third party companies like, LexisNexis or PACER, among others. The only public record that is reporting to the 3 credit bureaus are Bankruptcy’s.

→ Chapter 7 Bankruptcy 
→ Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
→ Child Support
→ State Tax Lien
→ Judgments
→ Federal Tax Lien

In any case that we are unable to delete any negative inaccurate, out-dated or unverifiable items/accounts from your credit report in 90 days, we will refund your Audit Fee.
 
A deletion fee is invoiced for the complete deletion of an item. The deletion fees above are per item and per bureau. The deletion of ANY item from ANY bureau counts as ONE (1) deletion. The deletion of any account or public record from all three credit bureaus counts as THREE (3) deletions.
***Accounts Do Not Always report to all three credit bureaus. Some accounts will report to only 1, some 2 and sometimes they will report to all 3. Our job is to delete them where they are***
 
Once you have a balance with us for the items that were deleted, you will be billed no more than $100 a month until your balance is paid off. You will not be required to pay off your balance in full. Example, if there are 6 collection deleted, we will send you an invoice of $300, in which you will be required to pay $100 a month for 3 months. During this period you will still be receiving credit repair. Credit Repair is NOT only deletions of accounts but also help getting approved for positive tradelines and teaching you how to spend correctly with these new active accounts.
