Here at Nationwide Credit Experts, we work hard every day to make the process as smooth as possible on our clients and family. Our principals all have over 15 years of credit repair and real estate experience. Our 5 Sections of Credit Repair focuses on raising your Clients credit score which is calculated by 5 major factors. Payment history (35%), Debt owed (30%), length of credit history (15%), new credit/inquires (10%), and mixture of credit (10%).

1. Credit Repair Consultation

The 1st Section of Credit Repair is our free Credit Repair Consultation. Nationwide Credit Experts only charges you after the items are deleted off your credit report so we need to analyze your credit report to give a proper estimate. We can then determine if you need any help in the areas below:

→ Applying for a mortgage or auto loan
→ Refinancing a mortgage of auto loan
→ Debt consolidation
→ Debt settlement
→ Building your credit
→ Student loan consolidation or forgiveness

2. Initial Audit

Section 2 is when you enroll into our Credit Repair program. The program will be tailored to your specific needs and goals because we figured this all out with you in the last section. In this step we will create the Audit in which will explain more in depth exactly what to do, what not to do, how long our program will take and give you a whole bunch of information and education you will use for life. We will perform the following services below and more:

→ Setup your 24/7 Online Client Portal
→ Retrieve your Address & Social Security Verification
→ Enroll you into a Credit Monitoring Service (mandatory)
→ Prepare the 1st round of Disputes, Demands and Requests
→ Print, sign, date and certify your Disputes, Demands and Requests

When we send out your Disputes, Demand and Requests to the original creditors, collection agency, credit bureaus and courts, We make sure that we send them in the mail Certified. Sending your documents certified will allow us to track them, and use that against who we are challenging. Certified mail stands up in the court of law. Once you receive the results in the mail, then forward to us, we will analyze the dispute results, and if the inaccurate items are deleted or corrected, we will devise a new strategy and re-dispute the negative items again. As we file the disputes with the credit bureaus, creditors and collection agencies on your behalf, they will then mail you the dispute results, which you will need forward to us immediately.

We are one of only a few places that will file a dispute with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), file a complaint with your Attorney Generals Office (AG) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We do this to make sure that your disputes are being investigated correctly.

Our credit repair program is six (6) months long but you can cancel at anytime. A lot of our clients see results in as little as 30 to 45 days, but see maximum results in six (6) months. The 2nd Plate can contribute to 30% to 35% of your credit score and our clients are seeing an average of 50% to 75% of inaccurate items being deleted once this step is complete.

3. Build and Establish

The 3rd section is to start establishing new lines of credit. Many so-called credit repair companies will tell you that deleting negative accounts and/or notations is key to credit repair, but they are incorrect. Although this is very important, building and establishing new lines of credit and spending correctly is Key is to credit repair. Nationwide Credit Experts will help and guide you with applying for the following:

→ Secured Credit Cards
→ Authorized User Accounts (AU – close family members and/or spouse)
→ Credit Card and Installment Builder Accounts
→ Auto Loans
→ Department Store Charge Cards
→ Major Credit Cards
→ Merchandise Credit Lines

4. FDCPA/FCRA Violations

The 4th section of our Credit Repair program is violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). There are many others like the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA), the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) and many more. There are over 200 consumer protection acts that back us all up as consumers and we will utilize all that are needed to help meet your goals. We have partnered with a nationwide law firm that specialize in deceptive business practices and use the above to help get money in your pocket and leverage the laws to delete these negative notations and/or accounts if violations are found. Some of the things that collection agencies cannot do are:

→ Mentioning to Damage Your Credit Score
→ Call before 8:00 a.m. or After 9:00 p.m.
→ Contact Your Relatives or Neighbors
→ Use Abusive or Profane Language
→ Call You at Work if You Told Them Not To
→ Avoid Validation on a Disputed Account

These accounts mainly include any open collection accounts and charge-off accounts that still have a balance. If any violations are found, you may be entitled up to $1,000. This step can also contribute to 30% of your credit score.

5. Program Graduation!

The 5th Section of Our Credit Repair Program is you completing and graduating our program. This is when you know more than 75% of consumers in America, know what to do with your new credit, what to do to not get a collection, late payments, charge-off’s, or anything negative on your account, and most importantly….
